SPONSORSHIP AND PARTNERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Full Payment is required on booking of sponsorship or partnership package.
2. Cancellation.
By signing the booking form or once payment has been received there will be no cancellation or refunds. Payments are non-refundable.
3. Alteration of the Advertised Package.
Every reasonable effort shall be made to adhere to the advertised package that the client has paid for. Any package may be altered or parts omitted or dates changed for any cause which National Mentoring Day Ltd in its absolute discretion, shall consider to be just and reasonable. National Mentoring Day Ltd will use its best efforts to organise the event at the proposed venue on the proposed date. National Mentoring Day Ltd is entitled, without penalty, to change the venue or date of the Event.
4.Liability.
The client agrees to indemnify National Mentoring Day Ltd against any and all claims, demands, defence costs, liability, expense, or damages of any kind or nature arising out of or in connection with the Client’s use and/or presence at the event, or arising out of any act or omission of Client or any of client’s employees, agents, contractors, representatives, patrons, guests, or invitees. The Client agrees to indemnify and reimburse National Mentoring Day Ltd for the costs of all services and expenses incurred in connection with any collection effort should it be necessary for National Mentoring Day Ltd to engage legal counsel or a collection agency to collect moneys due as a result of Client’s failure to pay any funds due to National Mentoring Day Ltd.
5. Cancellation of Event.
If the Event is cancelled because of a strike, riot, act of God or any other cause beyond National Mentoring Day Ltd’s control, National Mentoring Day Ltd shall be entitled to retain all sums paid by sponsors under these regulations.
6. Any estimates of the number of visitors to the event are estimates only and many matters can affect attendance. National Mentoring Day Ltd make no representation or warranty as to the number of people who will visit or view the Event.
7. National Mentoring Day Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for accidents or injuries to those attending or to third parties.
8. Even after full payment has been received, National Mentoring Day Ltd reserve the right to cancel a package without notice if we become aware of or are notified of any fraud or illegal activity associated with the payment for this package.
9. By paying the invoice or signing the booking form you confirm that you agree to all these Terms and conditions.

Miscellaneous.
This agreement constitutes the sole and exclusive agreement between the parties. The Client acknowledges that no other warranties, representations or acknowledgements, written or verbal, have been made which are not reflected herein.
a. Should National Mentoring Day Ltd have to cancel the Client’s booking for any reason National Mentoring Day Ltd maintains the right to do so at its discretion and refund the Client any monies or voucher received.
The construction, validity and performance of this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of England to the exclusive jurisdiction of whose Courts the Parties hereby agree to.

Terms Of Use

General

This User Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of a licence for you to use The National Mentoring Awards website and the data contained within it or submit data to include on the website. By accessing and/or using/entering The National Mentoring Awards and any other data on the website, you have read, consent and agree to comply with all of the Terms and Conditions of this User Agreement. By using the website you agree to both this user agreement and privacy policy contained on the website.

National Mentoring Awards is owned by National Mentoring Day Limited. In any of these Terms and conditions “we” or “us” or National Mentoring Awards refers to National Mentoring Day Ltd. Similarly “our” refers to what is owned or used by National Mentoring Day e.g our website.

Submission of data to our website such as to our “list of Events” etc.

You warrant that any data you submit to our website is accurate and lawful and not misleading, and that you confirm that you have the right and authority to submit this data.

We may without warning remove or edit any data or from any of our lists etc for any reason that we feel breaks any of the terms of these conditions of use. If we do so, we will not be liable for any reimbursement to you or anyone else for costs whatsoever.

You indemnify us for all costs or damages that occur in your submitting erroneous misleading or unlawful data.

Content standards

Data submitted to us or linked to us must be lawful, not be misleading and must relate to mentoring unless we agree in writing to allow otherwise.

  • Your submission may not contain content that is unlawful or otherwise objectionable (including that which may be in breach of rules, regulations or legislation specific to the item or service you are advertising). This includes, but is not limited to, content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, ageist, sexist or racist;
  • Your submission may not contain content that is intended to promote or incite violence;
  • Your submission should be honest and fair, should not make any unsubstantiated or unsupportable claims, and should not make dishonest or unreasonable comparisons with other advertisers;
  • Submissions must be made using the English language(s). Content in any other language may be removed at our sole discretion;
  • Your submission may not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party including, but not limited to, copyright and trade marks;
  • You must not post links to other websites containing any of the above types of content;
  • The means by which you identify yourself must not violate these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws;
  • You must not impersonate other people or businesses;
  • You must not submit material that may contain viruses or any other software or instructions that may damage or disrupt other software, computer hardware or communications networks; and
  • You must not use our system for unauthorised mass-communication such as “spam” or “junk mail;”
  • Submit anything that in any way undermines the reputation of National Mentoring Day or the National Mentoring Awards.

Copyrights and ownership

The National Mentoring Awards and other data on the website contains copyrighted material and/or other proprietary information and is protected by intellectual property agreements and copyright laws and regulations worldwide.
